Our practice

Trusted Care in Fertility, Pregnancy and Gynaecology

We are a private specialist practice offering expert medical care across fertility, obstetrics and gynaecology. Led by Dr Greg Jenkins and Dr Naim Arrage, two of Sydney’s most experienced and respected obstetricians, our team is committed to delivering clear, compassionate and evidence-based care at every stage.

With consulting rooms at both Norwest Private and Westmead Private Hospitals, and admitting rights to Westmead Public, we’re equipped to care for you across a wide spectrum of needs, from early fertility investigations through to high-risk pregnancy management and postnatal recovery. Our approach is centred on personalised support, calm guidance and trusted continuity.

High quality personalised care

We offer specialist medical services across all areas of obstetrics and gynaecology. Our focus is providing every patient with high-quality, individualised care in a warm and respectful setting.

While many pregnancies progress normally, we are also equipped to manage complex and high-risk situations. Our admitting rights to Westmead Public Hospital, a major tertiary and teaching hospital, allow us to seamlessly transition care when additional support or specialist input is required.

Relaxed, welcoming and professional

Our gynaecological care follows the same principle: thoughtful, expert support delivered with kindness and clarity.

We understand that every woman’s health journey is different. That’s why we aim to create an environment that is both professional and welcoming — a space where you can feel at ease, ask questions, and be guided with up-to-date medical advice. From routine care to more complex gynaecological issues, we are here to help you make informed, confident decisions.

Educators and specialists

Both Dr Jenkins and Dr Arrage are involved in training the next generation of doctors. Dr Jenkins is a Clinical Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, with longstanding involvement in medical education and registrar supervision.

This commitment to teaching ensures our practice remains aligned with the latest clinical standards and research. Our ongoing work in the public hospital system also helps us maintain a broad perspective on the evolving needs of women and families across the community.

Our staff

We are supported by two experienced midwives who play a key role in our practice:

  • Midwife Gil works closely with Dr Jenkins

  • Midwife Julie works closely with Dr Arrage

Both are approachable, highly trained and deeply knowledgeable. They assist with routine pregnancy appointments and are sometimes available when one of the doctors is attending a delivery or on leave. You can feel confident knowing that any guidance or care they provide meets the same high standards we uphold across the practice.

Annual leave and weekends

Obstetrics is a 24/7 profession, but it is neither safe nor sustainable for a single doctor to be on call continuously. To ensure around-the-clock care, we participate in a shared weekend roster with a small, trusted group of local specialists.

If your baby arrives on a weekend when your doctor is not available, a known and experienced colleague will provide your care. We are always happy to discuss this with you in more detail.

When one of us takes annual leave, the other generally provides cover. Leave dates are posted in reception, and our team is happy to answer any questions you may have about care continuity during these times.
